The user should be warned that the Owner merely acts as a technical intermediary for the links provided in this document and cannot take any responsibility in the event of any changes.

Cookies are small text strings that the websites visited by the user send to his/her terminals (usually to the browser), where they are stored and later returned to the same websites during subsequent visits. In addition to cookies other similar tools (web beacon/web bug, clear GIF or others) allowing for the identification of the user or terminal are subject to the Control Body's provision.

While browsing a website, the user could receive on his/her terminal even cookies that are sent by different websites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which several elements can be included (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) that are present on the same site that is being visited.

Cookies, usually present in the users browsers in a very high number and sometimes with characteristics of broad temporal persistence, are used for different purposes: execution of computer authentications, monitoring sessions, storing Privacy Policy about specific configurations regarding the users who access the server, etc. Further information on cookies can be found on

In order to reach a proper regulation of these devices, it is necessary to distinguish them, provided that there are technical characteristics that differentiate them from each other based on the objectives pursued by those who use them. The same Legislator has moved, on the other hand, towards this direction and by implementing the provisions contained in European Regulation 2016/679, has brought back the obligation to acquire the prior informed consent of users to have cookies installed for purposes other than purely technical ones (art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679).
